About Nick

Born at Winter Park Hospital and raised in Winter Springs, Florida, Nick Seidule is a lifelong Central Floridian with deep roots in the community. He earned his B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida before receiving his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Nova Law Review.

Nick began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, serving Orange and Osceola Counties. Over four years, he prosecuted a wide range of cases, including juvenile sex crimes, felony domestic violence, DUIs, drug offenses, and hundreds of other felony and misdemeanor cases.

Following his time as a prosecutor, Nick spent nearly three years at a personal injury firm, focusing exclusively on cases involving car accidents, traumatic brain injuries, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.

Nick is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, serving in the Young Lawyers Section and as a past co-chair of the Criminal Law Committee. He has also served on the financial board for Habitat for Humanity Orlando.

When he’s not practicing law, Nick enjoys running and hosting trivia nights at local pubs.
