Seidule Law founder Nick Seidule presented at the Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Florida Bar Leadership Academy this past weekend in Orlando, one of the most prestigious leadership programs run by The Florida Bar.

Nick Seidule presenting at the Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Florida Bar Leadership Academy in Orlando, with his session slide "Non-Verbal Communication: What You May Be Conveying Without Knowing It" displayed on screen at 26Health.

His session, Nonverbal Communication: What You May Be Conveying Without Knowing It, was delivered to a room of accomplished Florida attorneys as part of a two-day curriculum focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.

The session explored how nonverbal signals shape the way attorneys are perceived by clients, opposing counsel, and judges, often before a single argument is made. For legal professionals, the gap between what they intend to communicate and what they're actually projecting can have real consequences in the courtroom and beyond.

Being selected to present at this level reflects the approach Nick brings to every case at Seidule Law. Effective advocacy isn't only about legal strategy. It's about how you show up, how your client shows up, and what the other side reads from the moment you walk in.

Nick also brings this expertise to his work at Bartleby, Inc., a jury research and consulting firm where nonverbal communication plays a direct role in jury selection and trial preparation.
